Volunteers are the heart and soul of United Way. Our volunteers are involved in almost every aspect of our organization – from delivering groceries to homebound people to rappelling down a building as part of a fundraiser to making funding decisions and helping manage our finances.

Volunteer Greater Nashua

The web portal, Volunteer Greater Nashua is a great place for people who are interested in volunteering can find organizations who need help. It can be found at http://www.volunteergreaternashua.org and is hosted by United Way of Greater Nashua.

Volunteers can search by the type of project they are interested in, the date range they’d like to volunteer during, or by zip code. Projects range from helping the Red Cross with blood drives to working on urban garden plots. Volunteers can register for projects directly through the site and organizations can post their projects.
