Nashua Public Library Runs the City's Most Effective Department Campaign

United Way of Greater Nashua would like to congratulate the Nashua Public Library on running the City’s most effective department campaign this year. In spite of its small size, the Nashua Public Library employees raised over $1,100 this year in support of the United Way Campaign. The campaign, in turn, funds 29 programs in 17 different agencies serving the Greater Nashua Area. According to United Way President Mike Apfelberg, “We are so proud of the Library employees for stepping up to support their community in this way. They are a small crew with a very big heart. Something which we call LIVING UNITED.” For their efforts, the department won a “suite night” for the donated by the Nashua Silver Knights for their 2016 Season at Holman Stadium.
