Mission Statement
Our mission is to make measurable improvements in people's lives by mobilizing the caring power of our communities.
Guiding Principles
Our Leadership Role
UWGN will build consensus around a Community Impact Plan (CIP) by engaging individuals, businesses, agencies and the people they serve.
Maintain our Accountability
UWGN will continue to be a leader in pursuit of greater efficiencies through collaborative efforts and provide full disclosure to all stakeholders.
Focusing Our Resources
UWGN will align and engage diverse resources and constituencies from the public and private sectors with the CIP.
Commitment to Measurable Results
UWGN will report the measurable progress made toward the CIP and provide a year-end report on the impact of funded programs and the value of giving to UWGN.
We Are You!
We are your family, co-workers, neighbors and friends. Through United Way, each year, more than 250 volunteers pitch in and make great things happen in our community.
United Way of Greater Nashua is an independent and autonomous organization run by volunteers who live or work in the communities of Amherst, Brookline, Hollis, Hudson, Litchfield, Lyndeborough, Merrimack, Milford, Mont Vernon, Nashua and Wilton. This volunteer Board of Directors makes final decisions regarding all United Way activities in the local community.
